Congratulations! You have made it to Gratitude Challenge Day #5! You are just one comment away from being entered into the drawing for the 52 Lists For Happiness Journal. At the end of the day we’ll announce the winner!
You have inspired us with your gratitude this week and for that we are truly grateful! Now that you’ve gotten a taste of how being actively grateful can affect your attitude in a positive way, we hope you will continue this practice all year long to continue to enjoy the benefits.
Here is what we are grateful for today.
I am thankful for Dawn and for a year of The Pink Typewriter Project. We both had a tough summer with my horse Bolshoi passing away in June and Dawn’s daddy passing away in September. You may have noticed we were a bit MIA over those few months dealing with the loss of our loved ones. I am grateful to Dawn for supporting me over the past year whether I needed a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, encouraging words, or thoughtful advice. I love that she believes in my talents as a writer even when I don’t believe in them myself and pushes me to just get started. For that I am grateful. I love you Dawn!
I’m also thankful to all the people over the past year who have encouraged and supported the Pink Typewriter Project’s mission to promote positive thinking, embrace gratitude, and be a blessing to others. They don’t always have a chance to post here or on social media, but we see them out and about and they offer words of confirmation that we are making a difference in their lives. The project has made a difference in my life by making me more aware of how gratitude and small gestures of kindness can mean so much. It urges me to be a better, kinder, happier person.
I look forward to what the next year holds for The Pink Typewriter Project. There are some exciting things on the horizon (think magazine articles and cover photo shoots!) and we can’t wait to share them all with you!
I’m thankful for the gift of Dana’s creativity and energy and for the fact that she lifts me up and encourages me when I’m down. This has not been an easy year for us, and I’m so glad to have had Dana as a dear friend to walk beside me. I’m also thankful for her vision for The Pink Typewriter Project and for the fact that I can work with a dear friend to make a small difference in the world.
Both of us are extremely grateful for all of you for letting us be a small part of your lives. My heart overflows with love and gratitude when I think of each of you.
